1.將杏鮑菇對切,川燙泡冷水,瀝乾後切成腰花狀。&nbsp;</span></font><br style="color: RoyalBlue;"><font style="font-family: 黑體;" size="4"><span style="color: RoyalBlue;">2.用竹籤把杏鮑菇串成固體狀,放入油鍋炸,再將竹籤拿掉,切成一塊一塊。&nbsp;</span></font><br style="color: RoyalBlue;"><font style="font-family: 黑體;" size="4"><span style="color: RoyalBlue;">3.蘆筍切斜長片,先川燙,紅黃椒切長條,老薑切薄片。&nbsp;</span></font><br style="color: RoyalBlue;"><font style="font-family: 黑體;" size="4"><span style="color: RoyalBlue;">4.麻油爆香薑片。&nbsp;</span></font><br style="color: RoyalBlue;"><font style="font-family: 黑體;" size="4"><span style="color: RoyalBlue;">5.加入杏鮑菇、蘆筍、甘蔗筍、紅甜椒、黃甜椒拌炒。&nbsp;</span></font><br style="color: RoyalBlue;"><font style="font-family: 黑體;" size="4"><span style="color: RoyalBlue;">6.放入高湯水滾煮一下再勾芡即可起鍋 。</span></font></div>
